Meet Gregory Zonno

With more than two decades of real estate experience, Gregory Zonno has built a reputation as one of the Valley's trusted experts in the condo and townhome market. A licensed REALTOR® since 2003, Gregory has specialized in condos and townhomes since 2010, helping buyers and sellers navigate the Scottsdale and surrounding communities with confidence and expertise. Gregory has closed more than $300 million in real estate sales and consistently ranks among the top real estate agents in the Valley year after year. His business encompasses a wide range of clients, from those purchasing or selling their primary residences to investors and second-home buyers. Scottsdale's strong vacation-home market has made second homes a significant part of Gregory's business, and he understands the unique considerations that come with purchasing, owning, and selling a property in this market.

 

Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Gregory moved with his family to Texas during elementary school. He graduated from Kingwood High School in Kingwood, Texas, and went on to attend Sam Houston State University, where he competed in track and field.

 

In 2001, Gregory was transferred to Scottsdale, Arizona, and quickly fell in love with the area's natural beauty, lifestyle, and unique communities. What began as a career move ultimately became home. Today, he and his wife, a native Phoenician, are proud to call Arizona home. Together, they have two daughters, both of whom have gone on to build successful careers.

 

Outside of real estate, Gregory continues to stay active as a member of a track team and enjoys painting in his spare time. His competitive background, love of the community, and commitment to his clients have helped shape the approach he brings to real estate: knowledgeable, energetic, personal, and focused on achieving the best possible results for every client.
